Farmers’ Market on the Westford Green

Welcome to the Home Page of the Farmers’ Market on the Westford Green! .  Our Market is located on the Common in the small rural town of Westford, Vt., on Route 128 northeast of Burlington, Vermont. The Market is open every Friday afternoon from 3:30 to 6:30 from mid-June to mid-October.  Local vendors display and sell everything from seasonal vegetables and fruits, to wholesome delicious pies, breads, and other baked goods as well as home-made jams and jellies, horseradish, jarred pickles, farm-fresh eggs, honey, home-made soaps, bath salts and even freshly slaughtered poultry.  Crafters offer jewelry, baskets, artistic greeting cards and other artwork, quilts and tote bags.

The Westford Library is conveniently located  across the street ( open from 4:00—6:00 pm) as is the Historic Westford General Store.  People who attend their local farmers’ markets are directly supporting the local economy  by assisting farmers.  It is also the VERY BEST PLACE to find the freshest ingredients to prepare meals, the crispiest vegetables, and the very sweetest fruits!  So come and join us on
